How to Preserve Your Loaf
Our breads are best eaten the day they are baked, although our traditional methods and long fermentation process improve the flavor and longevity of each loaf.
Artisan Bread is sold in paper bags to keep the original characteristics of the crust and crumb unchanged. If keeping the bread for a longer period of two days is required, simply store the bread in a zip lock plastic bag and it will keep fresh for 4-6 days. If you want to keep for longer than 6 days, freeze the bread in the plastic bag, making sure to remove all air before placing in the freezer.
To refresh the bread for maximum enjoyment, remove the loaf from the bag, and heat in oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
